At Verve, we aim to make the purchasing process of a parcel of land as seamless as possible, ensuring the process is enjoyable and exciting – every step of the way! Whether you have enquired on Verve through our digital platforms or walk-in on the day, the below steps will guide you through the purchasing journey.
• Choose preferred parcel of land/block to purchase
• Kaikura will send an email with the confirmed block number and trust account details for the $1,000 holding deposit
• Holding deposit – once the holding deposit is received to the trust, a blank Contract of Sale will be sent to you and your conveyancer/solicitor for review
• Approval of conditions – once approved by yourself (the client) and your conveyancer, the specific COS via PlanIT or OPEX will be sent for signing
• Signing of Contract – within 7 days, both the purchaser will sign the Contract of Sale (COS) and following this, the vendor will counter sign
• Once the Vendor signs, we will process the contract in the system and send an email with your executed contract and a reminder to pay your Balance of Deposit by the due date outlined in the Contract of Sale
• The Contract of Sale goes unconditional three business days after Vendor signs (unless Subject to Finance, then goes unconditional upon finance approval)
