Verve construction update: October 2025

Below are key construction highlights for October 2025:

• Bulk earthworks are now 100% complete
• Road boxing and subgrade preparation are now completed
• Sewer reticulation is set to commence in later this month
• Drainage pit and pipe is set to commence in early November 2025

We’re also delighted to see that the primary school continues to progress. We are looking forward to the school officially opening in Term 1 of next year!
