Verve construction update: June 2025

Water reticulation completed in late May
Kerb and Channel, along with base pavements and asphalt works completed in early June
Service trenching and electrical works to commence in mid-late June
Concrete works to follow in early July

Both Stages 4 and 4A are forecast for completion in Q3 2025, with titles on track to be received at this time.
