Exciting progress is being made at Verve Clyde North, our masterplanned community in Clyde North.
In Stage 4, drainage is now complete, with water reticulation now underway and forecast to be completed in mid-May. Kerb and Channel is forecast to commence in late May.
In Stage 4A, drainage is well progressed and forecast to be completed by early May. Water reticulation will be commencing in mid-May and Kerb and Channel is forecast to commence in late May.
Both Stages 4 and 4A are forecast for completion in Q3 2025, with titles on track to be received at this time.
